Passengers look forward to their dining experiences at cruise ships, which are expected to stand out generally. There are a number of methods of cooking like moist or dry cooking which includes methods such as boiling, steaming, poaching and simmering, while deep frying and sautéing fall under the category of dry methods. In addition to that, some cultures resort to grilling, notably in the case of barbecues, which is common in America. Grills function with the help of heat source placed underneath a metal grid which might or might not have a cover. The chief sources of fuel for grilling are wood, charcoal and liquid propane with soaked wood for smoking.
