I just wanted to write regarding the politeness and helpfulness of one of your members
of staff - Joanne. Whilst wishing to book a cruise for a special birthday present
for myself and my husband, Joanne was extremely helpful in answering every question
asked of her. She advised us on the best way to visit various attractions that we
wanted to see while we were on the holiday - and even helped us with the temperatures,
hotels and just about everything else we could have asked. Despite spending some
time with us, assisting us with the best holiday for our needs, and answering each
and every question, no matter how trivial, she was extremely helpful in every aspect.
We have now booked our 'holiday of a lifetime' - The Golden Triangle and we can't
wait. We have looked forward to this trip for so long, and Joanne's enthusiasm for
us was so refreshing. Too often sales reps are only interested in selling holidays,
and not interested in the needs of the customer. I sincerely hope Joanne remains
on your staff, and hope too that she is available to help us once again - few people
have the patience to take a novice through the do's and don'ts of such a big holiday,
and even less have the sunny personality that Joanne has. It was a real pleasure

We have recently returned from our wonderful holiday flying from Heathrow on the
19th October . 5 days in Sydney 13 nights on Rhapsody of the seas and finally 3days
in Hong Kong.The flight was very good, the cabin crew were all helpful, the entertainment
was very good, food ok and plenty of water and juices were offered. The changeover
in Hong Kong was smooth and our transfer from Sydney airport to hotel all very efficient.
We could not fault the Oaks Goldsborough. It was in a wonderful location just a
3 minute walk to Darling Harbour which was very convenient for getting to Sydney
Harbour, Manley Beach, the centre and plenty of other places. The studio was very
well equiped - small kitchenette, washing machine and dryer were a bonus, as we
were going on the cruise and could wash some bits before we got onto the ship.
No we did not have a view from our room but to be honest we were not in it for long
and as I said 3 minutes and you were in this amazing harbour with plenty of entertainment
in the evening and other events going on during the day.The cruise ship was very
nice, the food very good the staff very nice but Luganville was a complete waste
of a day. Out of 21 days that was our only complaint.
Our Hotel in Hong Kong was very nice, rooms were small but thats to be expected
in a city where every plot of land has a skyscraper on it. Getting around was so
easy. The food was a disapointment but we needed that to get over the cruise food.
All in all we had a great time, so thankyou for a wonderful holiday and I hope that
some of our points will be helpful to any other clients that are traveling to these
places.

I thought i'd just drop you a line to say a BIG
thankyou. You see I was getting a little stressed about booking my trip to
Orlando and a Carribean cruise as a stay and cruise package, and you took
all that stress and uncertainty away.It is such a relief to message you LIVE on
your website and receive answers to lots of questions and queries which
made it easier for me to decide on the right options or choices.
Your patience, help and the personal touch was most appreciated. You sorted
my attraction tickets and insurance and also gave me a car for the week with
the deal!!

Century was wonderful. The transfers picked us up on time and there was 75 dollars
OBC waiting for us. The professionalism from your cruise team and admin was outstanding.

We went on the Malta Cruise and Stay package in June. The service, food, accommodation
etc was first class. We couldn't fault any of it from the moment we contacted the
company onwards. Sadly, none of it was our cup of tea. The ship was extremely crowded
and noisy and the kids club went from 08.00 to 22.30. The engine or stabiliser noise
was incredible, (and we were on a good deck. we'd upgraded). I'd forgotten how that
part of Europe no longer needs our money and the shore places were shut or indifferent.
Disembarkation at the end of the journey was very curt. Security staff on the ship
were bossy. Malta again no complaints about service, accommodation, food etc. But
the resort that was ten minutes walk from anywhere, is now bang smack in the middle
of the bingo and karaoke bars. Reminded me of Margate. We've been recovering ever
since. Fine if you like it. Not for us. Serious lapse of communication between the
company and us as to what we were looking for. Never mind, I have even more questions
to ask before I go away again.

Just to say thanks to Andrew for arranging my Star Cruise in the Far East . It was
a fabulous holiday and would recommend the company. The ship Gemini has been sold
from January next year to a Russian Company, shame,it was lovely size , 900 passengers
which was great.
